SMGO-1683 Luftwaffe sword style badge

This comes in just a half mm shy of the measurement of a nickel pommel swastika roundel, leading me to believe it is cast from that. It does have an “I” mark on the back so im not sure if that’s on the sword disks or if it’s a maker mark for this “badge”. Ive never seen something like this so im just selling it cheap “as is”. Maybe it’s real, maybe it’s not.
