SMGL-2678 SS General Friedrich Jeckeln Signature

(1895-1946) SS leader in the Soviet Union, personally responsible for ordering the deaths of 100,000 Jews and other ‘undesirables’. Sentenced to death and hung at Riga. A very difficult signature to acquire. The memo is addressed to rear SS & police stations. He says permits and special passes must have the appropriate SS stamp and that post mark stamps are not authorized to use. I’m assuming proper stamps were not easy to come by and postal stamps were being used as a half measure and Jeckeln put the kibosh on that.
