Railway, Reichsbahn & Reichspost

Both these categories are popular to collect due to the affordable prices when compared to some other organizations. Both organizations predate the Third Reich obviously so there is quite a range for the collector. To protect the Reichsbahn, the rail way protection police was organized (Bahnschutz) in 1933. In the same year, the postal protection police (Postschutz) was organized to protect the postal and communications sites and services. Bahnschutz and Postschutz are tougher categories to collect and items can get a bit pricey. Never the less, with all insignia and various artifacts, the collector will find it an interesting area to collect.
