SMGCH-01 WW2 Italian Helmet with front stencil * SOLD

*CONSIGNMENT* WW2 Italian model 1933 helmet in very nice condition, complete with beautifully distinguished black stenciling on front with the number “76”. This particular helmet came to me by way of a neighbor who acquired it at a garage sale 30 years ago as a teenager, and it’s been in his collection ever since. This Italian WW2 helmet is dent free and finished in a nice crisp olive drab. It has a few rust spots in the paint on both sides of the helmet, which is mainly due to storage over the years, but doesnt harm it. The tan leather liner is a real eyecatcher, in fantastic shape, and with just a small bit of flaking on the brow. A nice strong green leather chinstrap compliments this helmet. Inside brow of liner is marked with the initials ”P.R”. Size 61. If you’re an Italian helmet or fascist item collector, this one is a must.
