SMGD-112 German WW1 Butcher Bayonet Eickhorn *SOLD
Out of stock
2nd pattern s98/05 NA. Prussian made, 1915. Carl Eickhorn. Blade appears to have been sharpened but not at the tip, which I find strange. In Fact, there is still the remnants of the poor factory tip noted by the “pushed up” portion. Not dropped, as its measurements are factory perfect. Eickhorn, though not ultra rare, is a harder to find maker on these. Blade shows a fair amount of superficial corrosion, nothing deep that you can feel..but its visible. The new owner may be able to work this out without ruining the blade. Post war black paint. Very good condition with a better maker makes this a solid buy for the price.
