SMGH-052 Nazi Fire Police Helmet *SOLD

really nice helmet with the hard to find comb! Size 55 with a nice honest liner and functioning straps. Leather is soft and not brittle. The liner is loose, you will need to find some rivets to secure it. Oxidation is average and even through out. Considering the comb is made of softer aluminum, it is in great shape. The police decal grades excellent and is clear and lightly worn. The opposite NSDAP decal is heavily warn, it almost looks like it was burnt. There is a manufacture stamp inside the helmet but its tough to make out. All in all, these fire police helmets look great on display and are a bargain compared to their military counterparts.
