My definition of “Mint” is factory flawless and perfect eye appeal. I guess that’s from my experience with baseball cards and coins. To most dealers, they would call this Mint. It’s close, so I like to say Near Mint. It’s about as close to perfect as you can get these days but does show a hint of silver oxidation and wear here and there. Compared to what you normally find with zinc badges, it’s top 1% condition wise. A sure bet if you are on the hunt for excellent examples that are hard to find.
