Description
This is a smaller banner which is very displayable in size. It is double sided with silk screen roundels sewn on both sides. There is noticeable soiling and a small tear at one end. It appears to have been folded over a pole and small buttons or simple stitches were used and then, undone where you see the dark marks. A good value here.
