SMGO-0824 Ground Rohm By Wusthof W/ RZM scabbard

Ok, the scabbard is obviously a replacement. When? Who knows? However, the leather hanger has nickel fittings so it’s a good chance the original owner upgraded his damaged scabbard during his ownership. Wusthoff Rohm daggers are among the rarest known. This one is technically a partial grid as we can see remnants of the inscription near the tip. Especially, the high and low parts of the inscription are visible. The grip is absolutely original to the dagger and has a super tight, perfect fit to the guards with a deep cheery color wood. The guard is “Wf” marked. The overall condition of the dagger is very good, the blade, although showing a rather coarse nonprofessional grind, still has nice cross grain on the other side. The scabbard is in great shape but does show crazing under the paint.
