Description
A large goblet at 10.75 inches tall and about 6inchs in diameter. The goblet is brass base metal with a silver plate. The toning is medium grey and consistant throughout. You can see brass base metal in high relief areas from years of polishing. The intricate leave design on the base is very attractive. Inscribed “F.D. Frankenthal” “Gefallenen-Gedachtnis Staffel” “10.7.27”
The maker mark I didn’t see until after I took the pictures. It’s a small stamp on the base rim that is a “w” that looks like it’s in a snowglobe.
