SMGO-1245 25 year Faithful Service award document to A state inspector

Am excellent condition example with no fold creases, which is very hard to find without. There are some bent up edges at the top and right lower corner. There is slight crease running down the left side from being bent over in a binder. A great item to go with a 25-year cased faithful service award!
