Description
A super interesting small form that is dated at the very end of the war in march 1945. For whatever reason, this was a problem for Detlev and he needed to write an affidavit swearing that he qualified for the awards. Seems like a strange thing to worry about near wars end. Unless, he was worried he would never get a chance to request the medals and was rushing to do it before the war ended.
