SMGO-1670 Short police bayonet Private purchase? No maker

Ive not seen many of these bayonets before as they don’t tend to pop up much on the market. It has the smaller and lighter type hilt, a solid police emblem and a chrome stepped 8inch blade.

The blade has no maker mark and has a few scratches on it. The scabbard shows some dents to the nickel fittings and is missing a screw at the throat. The leather shows some repairs as well. It’s possible that this is not the original scabbard to the bayonet and it is an older one that was cut down and reassembled. There are two different grain patterns on the leather, so something was surely fixed or taken apart at some point. Im not sure on the legitimacy of these bayonets so im selling it cheap as is. I know some of the “big names” like them as private purchase pieces.
