SMGP-372 DRL Sports badge In silver?

Well, this was sold to us as a silver, and looking closely at it we just cant say 100%. It’s zinc and its being polished at some point, that’s all I know for sure. Looks like there was either a lacquer that turned yellow or remnants of a gold or bronze gilt. I’ve never seen a bronze gilt zinc, but I’ve heard of gold zincers. So, its being sold as a low priced silver with a big “I really cant tell” disclaimer. Maybe you get a steal on a gold?
