These have patent number 2920363 on the linkage. This is a post war part, but I’m not sure when. You can find the same linkage on lots of vintage pieces. Its mostly likely 60’s/70’s fabrication. The buttons that the cuff links were fabricated from are 100% genuine political tunic buttons. RZM stamped M5/75/3.
