SMGP-691 Flak Feldweberl/oberfeldwebel Shoulder board (slip on)

So you will notice none of the pips match. I received it like this and decided to leave it for the next owner to deal with lol. It’s likely just a feldwebel, but it could be a field upgraded oberfeldwebel. The third pip needs to be removed and was likely just an extra that a GI put on for whatever reason when he brought it back.
