SMGP01 WW1 Luger Holster *SOLD

Out of stock

German WW1 Black leather holster for the Luger P.08. Dated 1918. This holster seems to have been dyed black and reworked at some point after WW1 as a Police isssue. The original cross strap has been removed, and this straight strap was used instead, which constitutes this as a police rework. The holster retains its extra magazine pouch, and has internal top flap pouch for takedown tool, but the tool has long since vanished. The top flap above magazine pouch has a tear in the leather due to age, but overall still useable, as it appears to have been stitched long ago near the top of the seam. The backside of the holster is stamped “N.BURGHARD” and “PASING” and bears the date 1918. A nice Luger holster in decent condition that would rate fair plus. These WW1 Luger holsters are getting scarce , even in this condition nowadays. Priced accordingly.
