SMGQ-0270 Heer school comic magazine

Well, My German isn’t that great but i think this is a comic book of sorts. The front cover is expertly drawn and depicts a Heer General (Model??)  Hey is “powering” a grinder that depicts local common men from the Austrian town of Payerbacher walking into it and be turned into perfect 417th division infantrymen. Really appealing artwork i must say! The writing in the “magazine” seems to highlight the training officers and the things they were known for in a light hearted comic way.  This seems to have been produced in mass and given out or sold to other soldiers. A reminder that the German soldiers were human after all and could find humor in life. All pages are shown. Printed on full sized German letter paper.
