SMGO-0899 Early SA dagger by Malsch & Ambronn

A spectacular early SA here! It’s extremely hard to find daggers with super dark mottos and maker marks like this! The blade has some light wear and a little nick in the blade, but i think the pronounced artificial darkening of the recessed areas more than makes up for it. This was the favorite item in the dagger collection recently acquired and truth be told, if it doesn’t sell, im going to put it in my collection! The grip is a deep red brown with very few dings and dents. The grip to guard fit is perfect and these guards have never been taken off the grip. There is a nice verdigris developing where the grips meet the guards as a testament to that, but also, the pommel nut is more than finger tight and shows absolutely no evidence of ever being turned. Area marked Mi. the anodized scabbard shows some wear and a few light indentations but noting too distracting. The ball end has been dented, which is unfortunate, but common especially on these earlier ones. Comes with a nickel belt clip as shown. Sure to be a highlight of your SA collection!
