SMGO-1570 Early period SA dagger by E. Pack.

this early SA is has all nickel hardware as you would expect. The lower guard is Nrh area marked. The grip is nice deep cheery color wit some light stress cracks from being dried out.  The eagle is the proper nickel type and the SA roundel looks great with some light wear. The grip has some minor play and the pommel nut is more than finger tight so it’s best to leave it as is in my opinion. The blade looks great but does show some haziness from surface oxidation that has been polished out over the years. The anodized scabbard has lost all of it’s protective lacquer but has a decent amount of brown color left. It is dent free. The screws seem to be in good shape. The lower ball end has a dent in it, which is a common sight on these early daggers. A nice initial production piece!
