SMGP-2373 1917 US trench Knife by LF&C

A fantastic example with no issues outside of some light wear! The wood grip is fantastic with no chips, cracks or major dents. The D guard shows light oxidation which is normal. The cross guard has the typical US LF&C 1917 marking. The blade is fantastic with original bluing still present on most of it and a razors edge. Likely never issued! The scabbard is complete with no issues outside of a little wiggle from the leather shrinking. The rivets are all in place. The blade slides into the scabbard smoothly but firmly.  The leather is marked “Jewell 1918” and the upper and lower fittings are marked “MS”.  If you are in the market for a nice one of these, don’t wait on it!
