For some reason I haven’t had many of these and they seem to be tough to find. This maker also has a lot of variants, but this one is one of the more normal ones. Judging from the perfect enamel and condition of the reverse, I would say this one was either never owned by anyone or it was purchased and stuffed in a drawer for 75 years.
