SMGP-1598 NSRKB Veteran Flag 46″x46″ *SOLD

This is actually a pretty rare flag, but it has condition issues as you can see from the pictures. It has been preserved in a custom made vinyl, display bag. The bag must be cut to remove the flag. Unfortunately this bag has begun to turn yellow and a bit dingy looking. I thought it best to keep it in the bag and offer this flag at a blow out price and the new owner can do as they wish with it. Let me tell you, taking pictures of flags is not fun, and this one with the bag was even less so! Personally, I would love to see the flag partially restored OR, mounted in a glass frame. This design has always been one of my favorites! There is a note on it from the previous antique dealer who had it..and its a bunch of bologna. If you don’t want to drop $600 on a perfect one, this is for you.

This is the Banner of the Reichskriegerbund ‘Kyffh?user’ during the times of the Third Reich. In the name of Gleichschaltung, the Kyffh?userbund was nazified after the Nazi takeover of power in 1933. Five years later, its name was altered to “NS-Reichskriegerbund ‘Kyffh?user’ e.V.” (Nationalsocialist Reich Warriors Association ‘Kyffh?user’), becoming the sole and exclusive organization representing the Veterans? interests in the Third Reich.
