SMGL-2185 Army Dagger by Eickhorn *SOLD

This is a nice dagger with high quality silvered fittings. As you can see, all the fittings have a super dark toning from the aging of the silver finish. The blade is 100$ rust free but does show some evidence of a light sharpening to the edges that is not factory. This is the only fault of this dagger in my opinion. The blade is etched with the beautiful later style Eickhorn logo. The grip is the solid celluloid type and has taken on a medium yellow toning to it. There are a few light abrasions to the grip, a hairline crack at the bottom which seems to be superficial and very old, and not likely to worsen unless you over tighten the pommel. Speaking of that, there is a very small chip in the grip at the top near the pommel. The scabbard is dent free and looks really nice. This is a nice clean, honest and handsomely aged dagger that would be a killer piece of a first time dagger buyer looking for quality without dropping a few hundred extra.
