SMGL-2397 3rd reich era Green Sword bag Embroidered name tag *SOLD

This bag is 43″ overall with 33″ until the hilt flare starts. The bag has some obvious wear, but its mostly to the outer edge material. The drag/tip is in very nice shape and there is no risk of further damage to it. There is a soiling of sorts on the bag that makes it look almost sun bleached. It’s possible it might clean up with a professional cleaning. There are few relatively small cuts and holes, but overall the felt is in great shape. The name “Wessel” is on an embroidered tag that has been sewn into the inside of the bag. The savvy collector may be able to research the officers who owned it! Any typic of bag is a traceable name is a real find and they are pretty rare to find. A fine addition to the sword collectors collection.
