This is a superior condition Colonial bund member dues book for Rudolf Fugemann. It appears that this may be a replacement and all of his dues stamps were signed and given to him in bulk to reapply as he had time. It could also just be a really good condition original issue and he just paid his dues in large blocks and never bothered to affix them to the book. A must to go with your colonial bund member pin!
