SMGL-2600 1933 Wiesbaden Braune Messe (Jewish Merchant/ Goods Boycott Fair)

A desirable tinnie and not too easy to find. Shows some oxidation but not too bad.

The Braune Messe was a boycott against purchasing goods from Jewish owned businesses. It started after the Machtergreifung (nazi seizure of power Jan 30 1933) and soon became an organized event in Germany where tinnies might be purchased by the population to show their support.
