SMGM-4204 Release document mentioning U70 and U18 and Medical note with Kriegsmarine Dr. signature From Artur Schuettke Grouping

Both of these documents are glued to a white backing paper for preservation. The top one dated Jan 1945 seems to be a dismissal from military service due to being injured in battle but im not sure if im interpreting it correctly. The second on in script (feb 1945) is hard to make out but is signed by a Kriegsmarine Dr. so it might have something to do with an injury sustained during battle.
