SMGN-0091 Large WW2 Scrap book Form American Soldier in the big Red 1 and Nürnburg guard

This book is about 15×10″ and is packed with 67 pages of historically important newspaper clippings and notes. There is also a small original photo of a bombed out building in Nürnberg taken by the owner. Oliverio was a guard at Nuremberg. Lastly, there are a few pages that seem to be from a separate scrap book that Oliverio had. On these loose pages he has notes about them which are fascinating. A Picture of the Judges with his note: “Been Guarding the home of Biddle & Parker”.  A picture of General Erwin Lahausen with Oliverios note: ” The General I was Guarding at the court house”. Under that Oliverios note: “His Testimony caused Rudolph Hess to Blow His Top”. Amazing stuff really! The scrap book is deteriorating but as significant as it is, I think it’s a great opportunity for some one to restore it. Im sure there are ways to do this if you have the knowledge.
