SMGN-0279 1942 Kreistag Diekurch Tinnie

These badges are rather crude which is explained by the 1942 production date. I thought it was a reproduction until i looked further into it and found that all examples look like this. It looks like a typical lead repro but is actually zinc with soft edges and a shoddy back. They all seem to have a die flaw on the eagles left wing as well. As with all mid war tinnies, it’s a hard one to find.
