SMGO-0017 37×29″ Vehicle ID Flag

A stunning near mint condition flag with brown painted steel grommets and a very thick, almost canvas type red base material. The roundel is sewn on with a traditional sewing machine and you can see the worker made an error and had to back up the piece and continue the circle again. Kind of a neat thing that I love to see on period pieces. Also, you can just make out the guide dots on the white roundel as well. The size is fantastic being slightly smaller than we typically see, which makes it super easy to display. i would assume this size would have been most commonly used on smaller cars and truck hoods.
