For some reason these National Tri color Pennants don’t show up much. A very well made 7 piece construction flag with a rope and clip for flinging as a car pennant most likely. WW1-WW2 era. Gorgeous alternating pink/white and black piping on the edges. This is a high quality pennant that was likely used on a high ranking officials car.
