SMGL-1944 NSDAP banner 54×40″

This rarely encountered style of NSDAP flag is a nice treat to see. It has a pole pass through on the long side and suspension rings on the short side. Usually, we only see one or the other, with the suspension loop style being much harder to find, but this has BOTH! It could have been done to give the user more display possibilities, or more likely to be used on a “T” or inverted “L” pole. This would allow the banner to be hung more neatly without the wind effecting the display as much. The condition is excellent with only one small hole and minor soiling. Unfortunately it is missing one of the suspension loops. It’s a double sided multiple piece construction flag and it would have been one of the nice ones you could have purchased back then. The center roundel has multiple pieces sewn on to it to make up each swastika. An easy to display medium size banner. A very nice, desirable banner indeed.
