SMGL-2045 Box fitting for chained SS hanger $5-10

These fittings were acquired by a retired dealer on a trip to a German accouterment factory before it shut its doors for good. These are exact fittings that can be seen in the attached photo of a complete hanger. There may be other 3rd Reich uses for these, but these were specifically intended to be used for SS hangers. They are late war quality, being of cast iron and then chrome plated. All appear to have some degree of excessive “slag”, likely do to the low quality controls and material shortages. We see the same quality issues in the example shown. The “slag” varies, so we are offering two grades. Grade “B” will be $5 and will have more slag and grade “A” will have less slag for $10. The pictured fitting would be considered Grade “A”. Grade “B” would have more lumpy slag but still usable.
