SMGL-2141 Army Dagger by Alcoso *SOLD

This is a later style, 3rd variant to be specific. These used a variety of Alsco specific parts over a broad production time frame. The quality isn’t as good as the earlier versions and we can see from the plate lifting on the guard and zinc produced pommel. The grip is still the earlier quality type which is a huge win in my opinion. I also love the later style double proof mark on the blade. The blade has what looks like an attempt to sharpen it on the edges but luckily the person gave up after seeing that trying to sharpen it would take a lot more then a couple passes on a stone. The blade otherwise is very nice. The scabbard is dent free but has a fair amount of oxidation to it. It uses the two flat head style screws that Alcoso is known for. I think over all, you get a lot of dagger for your money here, as long as you are not turned off by some cosmetic issues.
