This buckle is a SCREAMER! C.T.D. / Christian Th. Dicke Co. of Ludenscheid. It’s tough to find lightly worn or un issued police buckles. This one is also nice because the maker mark is present in the center of the swastika seen from the reverse. This is a painted steel buckle in near mint condition that would be very difficult to upgrade. For the police or buckle collector looking for the best!
