SMGL-2381 Painted over M-40 Helmet *SOLD

This helmet is and ET 62 and batch 1038, which tells us that it was likely a single decal heer helmet before it got painted over. We stripped off the one side to see if we would get lucky, but the base metal was rusted right where the decal was, so no such luck finding an intact decal. So, the bones of this helmet are good, its a real shell and liner, named to boot. A good shell for a re enactor to mess around with or just a hobbyist helmet restorer.
