Description
This eagle is vaulted to better fit the wearers hat. It also has two holes in it where the eagle would have been stitched to the visor for a cleaner fit. It’s possible that it was done out of necessity from the prongs being broken off and the lack of a suitable replacement. Assmann 39 marked on the back.
