SMGL-2578 RAD Hewer by KLAAS *SOLD

An outstanding example with some light wear. These Klass RAD’s seem to be much harder to find then most of the other makers out there. The blade on this one has some oxidation marks, but nothing too serious. It looks like you can work them out with a little elbow grease if you wanted. The hilt is the nickel plated steel variety which surfaced later in the period. The stag grips are perfectly executed on this example. I really like the scabbard on this piece because as you may know, these can be a pain in the ass to find in good condition. The paint is original with fine vertical running spidering. This is a great hewer that would look awesome in any collection.
