Description
Carpenter by trade. Included is a typed note that says something about informing your employer about your fitness level and honorable service by presenting a “honor document”. Looks like he served from 1917-1918, having participated in fighting on the “West Front” for what looks like a period of 10 months. He was discharged a month after that. Not sure if it was medically related. Then he was conscripted again in 1943.
