I have no clue what this is for. I’ve searched everywhere. I’m assuming it’s an award given out during a festival play in Wesseling Germany. That, or it is commemorating something that happened in 1937 and the badge was made later. It is 3 pc construction, the quality is nothing like a typical third Reich era German award.
