SMGM-3188 HandWerk Tinnie or buckel roundel

Someone told me this was for a mining association. I’m not sure about that since this hammer and sword symbol is usually used on Handwerk items. Unless miners worn handwerk items and that where that bit of info came from? If you know, shoot me an email. Thin stamped brass. No pin, so maybe it was on a buckle or something? The best lead I have on this, is on page 592 of Angolia’s belt buckles and brocades revised edition, there is a picture of a similar roundel that is listed as unattributed.
