Description
A gorgeous wrap with officer upgrades. Shoulder boards are slip on with loop made of the same fabric as the uniform. The collar tabs are machine sewn and the breast eagle is cleanly hand sewn. Two period correct award loops complete this rare piece. There is no major damage or problems outside of maybe a small moth nip here or there.
