No confirmation in Bundesarchiv, accepted by OdR. Mentioned in divisional history: Wolfgang Werthen, “Geschichte der 16. Panzer-Division 1939-1945”, Bad Nauheim 1958, in one sentence and listed in the RKT list there with date “4-1945”. No report of a KC deed or a bestowal, info by Fellgiebel on this case to an OdR member in 1986: “Hasenpusch läuft bei mir mit Zusatz (11) d.h. Verleihung HGr Mitte vor dem 3-5-1945 also ohne Ermächtigung”, was/is known that this is a “GFM Schörner award”, who wasn’t authorized to award at this time.
