Description
A 4×6″ photo from around 1991 (based on what he says in his letters). Signature in blue felt tip pen. You get two personalized and lengthy letters. One in English that is rare to find. The first letter in German he speaks mostly of his awards. The second is a little more personal and he speaks about his sister who lives in the USA. Both letters mention being in the custody of the Soviet GPU. As a bonus, it includes the envelope sent to Emilie Caldwell Stewart, a well known paper work expert and author. It’s possible this was in her personal collection at one point. the letter does mention a phot of him in uniform but unfortunately it did not come with this grouping. Currently a hard signature to find on the market.
