(1909–1998) Friedrich-Karl Paul was a Korvettenkapitän with the Kriegsmarine during World War II and a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross. He was an officer on a German U-Boat during WWII.
He was credited with the sinking of HMS Charybdis.
