SMGM-4199 Iron cross 2nd class from Deumer Salesman sample board marked loop

We purchased a Deumer salesman board that was taken apart. A real shame, but the good news is most of the awards were in amazing condition. This is from one of those boards. If you Google “Deumer salesman board” or “Deumer Sample Board”, you can see how they were set up.

The cross is near mint with a tinny fleck of paint missing from the swastika arm. The core is iron. The frame has a near perfectly even dark toning to it. If you have been collecting these for any length of time, you know the toning or “patina” is rarely this even. The ribbon loop is marked 11. It comes with a long length of original ribbon that we added, since it did not come with one. All the sample boards I’ve seen don’t show one either, but i figured it was a must have. This one will be a real treat for someone.
