SMGM-4229 War Merit Cross First Class w/0 swords by Deumer L/11 marked salesman board removed

We purchased a Deumer salesman board that was taken apart. A real shame, but the good news is most of the awards were in amazing condition. This is from one of those boards. If you Google “Deumer salesman board” or “Deumer Sample Board”, you can see how they were set up.

The finish is only partially remaining which is typical of these late zinc ones. The LDO mark is on the medal under the pin dead center. A slight bend to the catch.
