SMGN-0467 NSDAP Political Gorget

The gorget is constructed of Cupal (copper laminated aluminum) that was brass finished.  A large NSDAP Reichsadler (Party Eagle) in the center, and bordered on the outside with an oak leaf motif. It is marked with the ((RZM)) (Reichszeugmeisterei) insignia and maker marked M1/128 for Eugen Schmidhäussler of Pforzheim on both of the two end links  reverse. There is some light wear and some light oxidation, likely from sitting in a basement for years until being sold. There is no green backing felt on this example but it gives us a great opportunity to see the reverse hardware. Replacement felt can easily be added if desired. 31 links all matching.
