SMGN-0724 Bevo Hitler Youth Armband

Description

An interesting piece because the white stripe glows under black light but the rotated square does not. The construction and stitchwork is exactly how it should be on a Bevo armband. The assumption is that textile companies began using artificial brighteners that cause white to glow under black light very late in the period and that these are a result of that. Ive never seen a reproduction armband that is a perfect Bevo example like this, so I have no reason to doubt this theory. We have seen bolts of good fabric with bad insignia before and vice vera, but this doesn’t really fit into those reproduction categories.

So, it’s half of what a normal one would go for. Did I come up with this story? No. Go research it on the forums. If it’s for you, great. If not, that’s fine too.
